This Privacy Policy defines the rules for storing and accessing data on Users' Devices when using the Service for the purpose of providing electronic services by the Administrator, as well as the rules for collecting and processing personal data provided voluntarily by Users through tools available in the Service.

- External Service - websites of partners, service providers or service recipients cooperating with the Administrator

- User - a natural person for whom the Administrator provides electronic services via the Service
- Device - an electronic device with software through which the User accesses the Service
- Cookies - text data collected in the form of files placed on the User's Device
- GDPR - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016
- Personal data - information about an identified or identifiable natural person
- Processing - any operation performed on personal data
- Consent - a freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of wishes by the data subject
- Anonymisation - an irreversible process that prevents identification of a specific user
§2 Data Protection Officer
Pursuant to Art. 37 GDPR, the Administrator has not appointed a Data Protection Officer. For matters concerning the processing of data, including personal data, please contact the Administrator directly.
§3 Types of Cookies
- Internal cookies - files placed and read from the User's Device by the Service's IT system
- External cookies - files placed and read from the User's Device by external services' IT systems
- Session cookies - files deleted automatically when the Device session ends
- Persistent cookies - files stored until manually deleted
§4 Data Storage Security
The Administrator applies all possible technical measures to ensure the security of data placed in Cookie files. The storage and reading mechanisms do not allow downloading of other data from the User's Device or data from other websites.
The User may at any time independently change the settings for saving, deleting and accessing stored Cookie data in their browser settings.

Personal data voluntarily provided by Users is processed for the purposes of:

- Newsletter service (including sending advertising content - separate consent)
- Communication between the Administrator and Users
- Ensuring the legitimate interests of the Administrator

The Administrator uses JavaScript scripts and web components from partners who may place their own cookies on the User's Device. List of partners:
- Multimedia services: YouTube, Vimeo
- Social services: LinkedIn
- Newsletter services: MailChimp
- Statistics: Google Analytics
§8 Types of Data Collected
Anonymous data collected automatically: IP address, browser type, screen resolution, approximate location, pages visited, time spent on page, operating system type, browser language.
Data collected during contact: name, e-mail address, phone number, IP address (collected automatically).
§9 Access to Personal Data by Third Parties
As a rule, the sole recipient of personal data provided by Users is the Administrator. Data collected in the course of services provided is not transferred or resold to third parties. Access to data may be granted to entities responsible for maintaining infrastructure - the hosting company cyber_Folks S.A. All data is stored in infrastructure located within the European Union.
§10 Method of Processing Personal Data
- Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union
- Personal data will not be used for automated decision-making (profiling)
- Personal data will not be resold to third parties
§11 Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data
The Service collects and processes User data on the basis of GDPR Regulation (EU) 2016/679, in particular:
- Art. 6(1)(a) - consent of the data subject
- Art. 6(1)(b) - performance of a contract or steps prior to entering into a contract
- Art. 6(1)(f) - legitimate interests of the Administrator
§12 Retention Period
Personal data voluntarily provided by Users is stored only for the period of service provision. It is deleted or anonymised within 30 days of the end of service. In case of breach of regulations, data may be stored for no longer than 3 years.
Anonymous statistical data is stored for an indefinite period.

- Right to restriction of processing in cases specified in Art. 18 GDPR

Restricting the saving of and access to Cookie files on the User's Device may cause some Service functions to operate incorrectly.
§16 External Links
The Service may contain links to external websites with which the Administrator does not cooperate. The Administrator is not responsible for content found outside the Service.
§17 Changes to the Privacy Policy
The Administrator reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy. Users will be informed of changes concerning the processing of personal data by e-mail within 7 days of the change.
